22 King William Street Foyer & Facade Upgrade

The sleek and modern upgrades to the foyer and façade at 22 King William Street, Adelaide have transformed the building into a sophisticated and contemporary space.

A key feature is the new glass façade which not only gives the building a modern and stylish look, but also allows for an abundance of natural light.

Amenities and lift lobby on Level 2 underwent significant upgrades to create a more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The existing café joinery has been upgraded, and new fixed and loose furniture, as well as new flooring and ceilings, have been installed.

The high-quality finishes and thoughtful design choices help to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for both building occupants and visitors.
