Green Building Council Australia- 6-Star Green Star As-Built rating

We are pleased to announce that our recently completed Refurbishment of the State Heritage Listed Allied Health Building at Lot Fourteen has recently been awarded a 6-Star Green Star As-Built rating. This is the first State Heritage building to achieve a Green Star Rating and one of the first 6 Star Green Star As-Built rated heritage building within Australia. The project also becomes the highest Green Star rated (6 Star) Adaptive Re-use project completed in SA.
Designed to create a positive environmental impact and improve the health and wellbeing of occupants, the Allied Health Building Refurbishment over 5 levels showcases adaptive re-use of a former Royal Adelaide Hospital site at Lot Fourteen. The project consisted of a full base build upgrade, including a new lift, precast entry and internal staircase along with an integrated fitout throughout the building to transform it into a sustainable, vibrant professional space and innovation hub in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD.
