Judges comments: "This new three storey, 16 dwelling apartment complex demonstrates excellence in innovative and quality environmental and sustainable construction. The incorporation of the "Speedfloor" system, recycled aggregate for the concrete footings and ground floor slab, Zego ICF Fireform party walls, MGO Board panels for peripheral walls and recycled bricks and timer in the construction has contributed to the 6.4 - 7.5 star NatHERS Energy Rating and reduced construction times".
