Judges Comments: "Flinders University required modern and functional teaching facilities for the students which provides clear connectivity between the Flinders Hospital and Flinders University Campus. The three (3) storey building constructed on a sloping site with underlying rock contains 8 seminar rooms and a 250-person auditorium. The building applies green principles through shading of all glazing, the use of openable windows, economy cycle air conditioning and rainwater capture / reuse."
