Judges' Comments: "Mossop delivered a state-of-the-art 520-seat auditorium featuring acoustically designed batten cladding, a retractable orchestra pit, a fly tower, and high-level catwalks. The project showcased intricate craftsmanship, including curved timber batten walls for sound control and a striking external façade of sand-blasted precast panels, articulated brickwork, and stainless steel bands. Completed in just 62 weeks with zero safety incidents, this outstanding achievement reflects Mossop’s commitment to precision, innovation, and excellence in construction".
