The Health Partners Grange Road project consisted of demolition to the existing building to make way for a new single-storey build which incorporates a new car park, fencing and landscaping.
The new hub includes six new dental suites, two optical / contact rooms, back of house facilities, amenities, optical display area, reception and waiting area.
The aluminium fin façade on the exterior of the building is striking and unlike any other on this section of Grange Road. Internally visitors are welcomed at the reception area which is flanked by warm timber battens. This added in with the glossy, light filled sales area in optical offers an elegant feel with an abundance of natural light. The practical and streamlined finishes to the dental surgeries along with the oak timber doors creates a modern yet natural feel to the space.
Mossop were thrilled to again work in collaboration with Health Partners and MPH Architects on the Grange Road project having already delivered 101 Pirie St Adelaide and the Southern Zone Hub.
