Judges’ Comments: “The Construction of this multi-purpose hall at Norwood provided a number of challenges to Mossop Construction + Interiors, ranging from restricted access, to flooding from a neighbouring property as well as several changes of key client personnel. This required concrete panels to be cast on site, steel work to be craned over other buildings and working through the possibility of a changed design approach partway through the project. Despite these challenges the final building is an impressive structure with sophisticated finishes and highly skilled detailing”.
