101 Pirie Street Refurbishment Fit-out Stage 2

Following Mossop Construction + Interiors’ successful delivery and performance on Stage 1 of Health Partners’ 101 Pirie Street refurbishment, (consisting of complete base building upgrade basement through to seventh floor and dental surgery fitout level 1), Mossop’s contract was extended to undertake the delivery of Stage 2 with our same project team; Stage 2 works comprised of the fitout of the executive suite, corporate, and administration areas on levels 2, 3, and 4; new end of trip back of house staff facilities and  breakout spaces to lower ground and mezzanine along with the high quality fitout of Health Partners’ retail optical store on the ground floor. Health Partners’ personnel occupied level 1 during the second stage.
