Anglicare Woodville West Apartments

In collaboration with AnglicareSA, City Collective, and the wider consultant team, the new housing development was completed in early March 2023 and has brought significant benefits to the community.

The development consisted of the construction of 6 villas and a 3-story apartment building, which now provides 24 apartments for affordable living. By utilising the Design and Construct delivery model, Mossop and the consultant team were able to incorporate cost-effective measures that aligned with the client's budget.

The development also includes provisions for 26 carparks, including accessible parking and spaces for bicycles. The site landscaping was carefully planned, incorporating a community garden that promotes community engagement and interaction.

The new affordable housing options have been instrumental in addressing the housing crisis, offering much-needed support for families and individuals. By providing affordable living options, the development helps to create a more inclusive community, ensuring that everyone has access to safe and affordable housing.
