Beresford Estate Accommodation & Vale Taphouse

This iconic project included the construction of 15 Luxury Villas overlooking 70 acres of beautiful rolling vineyards at Beresford Eastate and and the construction of a new Taphouse for award winning Vale Brewing.

The luxury villas offer either studio or private bedroom accommodation, a galley kitchenette, indoor and outdoor living spaces, a stylish ensuite or private bathhouse along with an outdoor terrace featuring a secluded private plunge pool.

The villas all feature high-end finishes, including Antonio Lupi stone vanities, imported Italian freestanding bathtubs, and beautiful stone benchtops. These Villas are truly a beautiful place to unwind and create your very own oasis.

Boasting a 200-person capacity, the Vale Brewing Taphouse offers visitors an exciting state-of-the-art micro-brewing facility, visitor centre and premium restaurant all wrapped up in one.

Constructed using structural steel, the exterior of the Taphouse features custom perforated mesh cladding along with custom powder coated aluminium joinery and feature perforated panel connecting the external and internal building elements.

Within, high end features include locally sourced Adelaide Black Granite from Tillett Mintaro quarry, Japanese Ash wall cladding and stunning black butt dining tables.

Offering the complete package of sophistication and style, this magnificent venue earns its place on the ‘things-to-do list’.
