This project involved the major refurbishment and fitout of 8000m2 building, working collaborative with 2 clients: Renewal SA and their tenant, Codan to achieve an integrated refurbishment and fitout project.
The scope included: extensive mechanical and service infrastructure upgrades to the site to bring the building up to current and operational standards; construction of a new purpose build facilities on site to suit the new tenants; fitout of office and production facilities; construction of an 840m2 (approx.) store plus loading canopy, goods-in canopy, a structure to link the store with Building D, a bicycle storage facility (Building J) and a Minelab test facility (Building H); and civil works to facilitate semi-trailer’s to enter the site from Park Way and to exit the site on to Second Avenue; commercial kitchen upgrade; and refurbishment of all wet areas.
