Elegantly executed! Visually stunning! Inside our fitout of the Consumer and Business Services, Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration office in Adelaide's CBD. The combination of timber veneer, crisp, detailed DecoPanel, and marble along with bespoke brass fittings and fixtures makes this space the perfect place to say I do!
We were excited to collaborate with the Department of Infrastructure & Transport, MPH Architects and the wider consultant team to deliver this fitout project located at 95 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.
The project included several components. Firstly, a new ground floor shopfront was constructed. This involved building a new entrance and facade for the shopfront of the building.
Additionally, a new marriage room was created on the ground floor (previously located on the second floor) along with a back-office area .
Another aspect of the project was the replacement of existing workstations on levels 1 to 3. Old workstations were replaced with new sit-to-stand workstations requiring modifications to the services, such as electrical and data connections.
Furthermore, an anteroom on the second floor underwent a tenancy-wide upgrade. This involved modernising the space and ensuring it met the desired standards.
The security systems throughout the entire tenancy were also upgraded and replaced. This encompassed various security features, such as cameras, access control systems, and alarms.
Lastly, the existing marriage room and anteroom on the second floor were demolished. In their place, a boardroom and meeting rooms were created. This allowed for more versatile and functional spaces on this level of the building.
The project was delivered in stages across the levels to allow staff to be relocated into the new areas as soon as possible.
