Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre

This project included a combination of refurbishment and new building works in the busy, operational Golden Grove Village shopping Centre. The works included a new tenancy and entry configuration incorporating a new fresh food precinct and a new food court and dining precinct. This involved construction of an outdoor dining area as well as a new amenities facility to serve the food court area. There were also various external works such as improved landscaping, centre precinct zone access identification works, and a new community bus set-down bay.

The key challenges of this project included: 

• Restricted access, thorough and across the site.

• Construction staging and sequencing.

• Interface with the public and tenants.

• Managing access and egress for the public, tenants and construction workers.
