Refurbishment
The complete refurbishment of the old ‘Charlie’s Bar’ area for a new luxury cocktail lounge to service Hilton Hotel Adelaide. This project included exceptionally high quality finishes and fixtures; new access direct from the street; new external windows opening onto Victoria Square; all new back of house areas; bar; lounge areas; and toilet facilities. Works were completed successfully in a fully functioning 5 star hotel with continuous client occupation and staff operations. Mossop Construction + Interiors have delivered numerous projects within Hilton Hotel Adelaide over the last 15 years, and as such are fully conversant with the technical requirements of operating within such an environment.
