Construction
This complex project involves the construction of a 3 storey sports and community centre on an existing landfill site. The building consists of clubrooms for the tennis and hockey club with commercial bar and kitchen, change rooms, a music centre, administration, and office areas. The site is located between the tennis courts and hockey pitch and required significant environmental controls and monitoring of landfill gasses.
