Life Care Gaynes Park Suites Stage 2

The Lifecare Gaynes Park Manor Building Stage 2 project was completed on 22^nd January 2021, and is located next to the multi-award winning Gaynes Park Manor Residential Aged Care and Dementia Care centre along Payneham Road at Joslin, also delivered by the Mossop team in 2018.

The Gaynes Park suites comprise of 3 levels of premium retirement living apartments with in-home services, a basement car park, dining, living and entertainment zones along with extensive landscaped areas. The Suites represent a new standard in retirement living, bringing a new concept called “Assisted Living” to Adelaide.

Mossop was thrilled for the opportunity to team up with Life Care, Marchese Partners & WT (Australia & New Zealand) again to deliver the Stage 2 suites which offer residents personal and community spaces, blending style and practicality to ensure life is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
