Fitout of new office space, incorporating meeting rooms, executive offices, boardroom and staff facilities designed to accommodate 270 staff in approx. 4,375m², split over 2 levels. Works were completed concurrently with the base building, which was completed by others. Site access was restricted and all materials, products and equipment were delivered via external crane access. Features include a new circulation stair from level 4 to 5; high level acoustic treatments to all partitions; and a fast tracked construction program without compromise to quality or the integrity of the work.
