Wakfield Street Fitout Project

A sleek, sophisticated design and construct fitout which offers its occupants a new, innovative, high end office space in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.

Visitors are greeted at the bespoke curved counter, in a spacious arrival lounge with built-in banquet seating and tastefully selected furniture along with the beautiful customised curved walls, flowing joinery and planters which guide you through the eye-catching space.

Spread across two floors the striking light filled stairwell, detailed with warm timber handrails and treads contrasted by dark angular metal panels frame the space and maintain the connection between the floors.

The dark moody pallet throughout is offset with the warm tones in the upholstery and feature lighting cleverly concealed in light wells within the ceiling and integrated into joinery pieces. The internal finishes were selected and detailed to achieve an exceptionally high quality

Designed and constructed to create flexibility the fitout includes open plan work spaces, quiet rooms, web rooms, booths, casual collaboration zones, training rooms, various meeting rooms and a global marketing area all with acoustic linings which achieve acoustic ratings.

This fitout project is targeting a 5 Star Green star rating achieving outstanding environmental performance through best practice Environmental Management Plans. 90% of waste from this site will be reused, recycled or diverted from landfill.
