Judges Comment: "The quality of finishes of this project were consistently high with the additional challenge of any defects being successively rectified, as each of the multiple stages of the hospital were handed over to the client. Mossop utilised local subcontractors wherever possible and ensured that the distance of Berri from their offices in Adelaide did not prejudice their attention to detail and their attendance on site. Their programming was finely tuned and managed, resulting in budget savings to such an extent that funds were returned to the hospital for subsequent additional works. This project represents the exceptional delivery of a country project”.
