Construction of an aged and dementia care facility targeting Gold Standard as certified by Stirling University, UK (the first of its kind in Australia). Life Care Joslin Stage 1 will accommodate 96 clients in private bedrooms - each with private ensuite - is the first project in Life Care’s masterplan which includes Stage 2 on same site, and future projects proposed for Golden Grove, Beulah Park, and Reynella. Stage 1 early works involve on site demolition of the existing Roselin Court aged care facility to accommodate the construction of the new main building - comprised of a basement, ground floor, level 1, level 2, (3 levels of residential aged care accommodation), roof plant platforms, and ancillary services including function and meeting spaces, offices, café, hairdresser, and consulting rooms.
